  • Swim as often as you like (subject to availability), embracing the revitalising power of wild swimming. Unwind in our panoramic sauna, overlooking the tranquil lake and woodlands.

    To book, log into the member’s site and use the booking calendar to secure your slot.

  • As a valued FLÖ Swim Club member, enjoy 10% off at our on-site café. Whether you’re refuelling after a swim or relaxing with friends, our café offers a delicious selection of food, hot drinks, and refreshing beverages. Food served from 9am-2pm, open till 3pm.

  • Celebrate your special day with a 3-hour spa session for you and a friend. Including:

    • Scandinavian Sauna: Unwind with panoramic views of the lake and woodlands.

    • Wood-Fired Hot Tub: Relax in your own private hot tub for up to 4 people, offering a tranquil and intimate setting.

    • Wild Swimming: Take a peaceful swim in our natural clay-bottomed lake.

    • Cold Plunge Tanks: Refresh and invigorate your body with an energizing dip.

    Your session includes a welcome drink and a sauna towel for your comfort.
