To ensure all guests enjoy a peaceful and rejuvenating experience, we kindly ask you to follow these simple guidelines. By observing these practices, we can maintain a clean and calming environment for everyone.

  • Arrive Calm and Prepared

Please arrive at your session start time. We recommend showering before you start your spa experience to remove any oils, lotions, or impurities from your skin. This helps maintain the cleanliness of the facilities and ensures the best experience for all guests.

  • Swimwear is Essential

For hygiene and safety reasons, swimwear must be worn at all times in the lake, sauna, hot tubs, and other facilities. We also encourage wearing appropriate swimming gear such as wetsuits, bright hats, and water shoes, especially in colder months. Tow floats are required when swimming in the lake for visibility and safety. If you wish to hire a robe and towel, these are available for an additional fee.

  • Enjoy the Sauna

When using the sauna, we ask that you keep conversations to a minimum to maintain a calm atmosphere. It’s important to use a towel to sit on for hygiene purposes. Please be mindful of the heat and limit your time in the sauna if you begin to feel uncomfortable. Always listen to your body, and exit the sauna if you feel unwell or overheated. We also recommend alternating between the sauna and cold plunge for maximum benefits, but please avoid rushing between hot and cold facilities to allow your body time to acclimate.

  • Refresh Between Facilities

To keep our facilities fresh and clean, we kindly ask you to shower before using the sauna, hot tubs, or cold plunge. Refreshing between activities ensures a rejuvenating experience for all guests.

  • Respect for Shared Spaces

Our spa is designed to be a tranquil and relaxing environment for all guests. Please be considerate of others when using shared spaces, including the sauna, hot tubs, and changing rooms. Keep noise to a minimum, and avoid using mobile phones or loud conversations. If you wish to enjoy any of the spa's communal areas, please be mindful of other guests’ space and comfor

  • Focus on Wellness and Safety

Your safety is our priority. Always follow the guidance of staff and lifeguards, especially in areas like the lake and cold plunge. If you have any pre-existing health conditions, please inform a staff member before using any facilities. You are also required to complete a liability form prior to your visit, and if you have any health concerns or experience discomfort during your session, please notify a member of staff immediately. Remember to stay hydrated and never swim under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
