Swim Club members can enjoy unlimited swims by booking their sessions online. Simply pick the session you want and use your certificate code at check out, be sure to pre-book each visit to secure your spot!

Celebrate your birthday with a 3-hour Spa Session for two! Enjoy a welcome drink, with full access to our facilities, including the Scandinavian Sauna, hot tubs, cold plunge tanks, and wild swimming.

The Café at Blackpit is the perfect spot for swim guests to unwind after a refreshing dip. Located in the old stables, it offers a cozy atmosphere where you can enjoy a variety of delicious options. The menu features a monthly brunch special, loads of breakfast choices and cakes. Whether you're looking for a light snack or a hearty meal, food it served until 2 PM.

Winter Hours (October – March):

  • Thursday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

  • Friday & Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM, 2:30 PM - 4:30 PM

Summer Hours (April – September):

  • Wednesday & Thursday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM

  • Friday & Saturday: 8:30 AM - 7:30 PM

Swim Club Regulations

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, all members must adhere to the following guidelines:

  • Pre-Booking: All swim sessions must be booked in advance through the online system.

  • Competency Requirements: Members must be able to swim a competent stroke (e.g., breaststroke or front crawl) for at least 200m.

  • Safety Gear: Tow floats are mandatory for visibility and safety in the lake. Members should also wear appropriate swim gear, such as wetsuits (in colder months), bright swim hats, and water shoes.

  • Swimwear Policy: Swimwear must be worn in all facilities, including the lake, sauna, hot tubs, and cold plunge tubs.

  • Health Conditions: Members must inform staff of any health concerns or pre-existing conditions before participating.

  • Over 18s Only: Membership is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above.

Facility Use & Closures

  • FLÖ may occasionally close for private events or maintenance. Notifications will be provided on our website or via email in advance.

  • Members must follow all safety instructions when using the lake, sauna, hot tubs, and cold plunge tubs.

Booking & Payment Policy

  • All bookings must be made in advance via our online system.

  • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

  • Cancellations or rescheduling must be made as soon as possible to free up availability for others.

  • All members are required to complete a Guest Safety & Liability Form before their first session.

  • By becoming a member, you agree to abide by FLÖ’s regulations. Failure to comply may result in suspension or termination of membership.

Membership Benefits

Unlimited access

  • Your membership includes Swim Only, Swim & Sauna and Sauna & Cold Plunge sessions, which must be pre-booked in advance through the member's calendar on our website.

Birthday Spa Session

  • Members receive a complimentary 3-hour spa session for two as a birthday gift. This includes access to the sauna, hot tubs, cold plunge tanks, and wild swimming.

  • Valid for the birthday celebrant and one guest (both aged 18 or over).

  • User must hold a Swim Club membership for at least 3 months prior.

  • Advance booking is required and is subject to availability.

  • Non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.

  • FLÖ reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer without prior notice.
