From 6th–8th June 2025, FLÖ will be running a reduced schedule of swim slots as we host an RLSS Open Water Lifeguard course, delivered by experienced trainers Fay and Andy Tennet. This accredited 3-day course is designed to equip participants with the skills to safely supervise open water swimming and respond to emergencies in and around the water.

We're proud to support the growth of open water safety by providing our lake as the training venue, and we appreciate your understanding during this time.
